Shipping

  • We offer free delivery within Male’ and Hulhumale’ for orders over MVR 500. Delivery is made within 24 hours of purchase, Saturday to Thursday, between 10am and 9pm.
  • For orders under MVR 500, there is a flat delivery fee of MVR 25. Delivery is made within 24 hours of purchase, Saturday to Thursday, between 10am and 9pm.
  • The air freight option is available for regional airports
  • We deliver to Boats and Ferries
  • We do not deliver on Fridays.
  1. Returns & Replacements Policy : 

Thank you for shopping at elitesports.mv. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. For all online purchases, if you change your mind, we are happy to exchange any unsuitable merchandise within 2 days of purchase provided they are in a resalable and unused condition, accompanied by their original tags and a valid original receipt. No exchange for items on discounts.

Returns

We accept returns within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
